Victims of Crime Act
Are you aware of the Victims of Crime Act (VOCA) that entitles direct victims of a known, documented crime to receive up to $5,000 or $10,000 towards medical bills, including psychotherapy if meeting these needs has caused serious financial hardship?
If you have not already applied, please note that you must apply for this funding within one year of the date of the crime. Applications are responded to within 1-2 weeks.
