President, Advocacy Chair

Luna Medina-Wolf is a licensed mental health counselor and a master certified addiction professional. Luna specializes in helping people heal from traumatic events and lead a healthier, happier, and more balanced life. Luna is trained in trauma techniques such as EMDR and TIR and is fluent in Hebrew and Spanish. Luna believes change is possible and that each person has the power to learn the skills needed to better their lives.

Les Gordon, M.A., LMFT

Vice President

Les Gordon, M.A. is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who has worked in the South Florida area for over 30 years. Les specializes in treating children and adolescents who exhibit emotional and behavioral issues. He also works with children who have special needs and enjoys helping parents to become more effective. Les is a Diplomate Sexologist with the America Board of Sexology. In overlapping careers in education and mental health, Les founded and directed private school programs for children with learning disabilities. Les has presented close to 100 community based talks relating to his areas of interest. In 1978 Les was recognized as the Merle Kauffman Scholar at Bradley University, designating Les as the outstanding student in the College of Education.

Her medical practice is devoted exclusively to the evaluation and treatment of pediatric patients with challenges in learning, behavior, development, and social-emotional functioning. Dr. Aronson-Ramos has been in practice for over 30 years and she is acutely aware of the need for individualized and comprehensive care for children and families provided in a supportive and compassionate setting.

Tracey Rubenstein is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, and Qualified Supervisor. She specializes in working with survivors of traumatic experiences such as domestic violence, sexual violence, stalking, and communal trauma. Tracey's career in providing social work services began in 1989 and has included a broad range of roles, including Director of the Rape Crisis Program of the YWCA of Greater New Orleans. Since 2010, Tracey has focused on private practice in Boca Raton, FL and telehealth for clients living in Florida, Arkansas and New York.

Karyn Rosenberg, LCSW

Karyn Rosenberg is licensed by the state of Florida as a Clinical Social Worker. She holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from The Ohio State University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from The University of Texas. Karyn has extensive experience in general psychotherapy, but she is most specialized in grief, loss, trauma and fertility counseling. She has a private practice in Boca Raton where she provides psychotherapy to children, adults and couples and families. She is a Certified Hypnotherapist and a practitioner in EMDR. Karyn is an adjunct professor at Florida Atlantic University where she has taught grief and bereavement counseling, Issues in Counseling Women, and Issues in Mental Health Counseling to Masters in Counseling students. She is an expert witness on grief and loss. Karyn is a lecturer and trainer for the community. Her professional membership includes the Florida Society of Oncology Social Workers, Association of Death Education and Counseling, The American Society for Reproductive Medicine, National Association of Social Workers, Resolve, American Fertility Association, and Florida Society for Clinical Hypnosis. Karyn served as treasurer of the Social Work/Mental Health Professional Council of Hadassah; and received the 2005 National Leadership Award, and past recipient of the Woman of Valor in 2004.
